The upper level is dedicated to fun and relaxation, featuring a loft area equipped with a gaming console and a foosball table for your entertainment. This level also includes a bedroom with an attached bath and a pull-out couch, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for your group.

• POA Requirements: As a member of a POA, a signed addendum to the terms and conditions is required. This includes a no-sublease policy and the provision of guest information to the POA for contact purposes. A separate email will be sent after booking for this signature.
• Cancellation Policy: 100% refund for cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival; 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
