This private home is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests. The layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main level boasts an open-concept floor plan centered around a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, a gas log fireplace, and comfortable designer furniture. This level includes a bedroom with a Queen bed and an HDTV, along with a full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. The upper level is dedicated to the master bedroom suite, which features a King bed, an HD Smart TV, a private ensuite full bathroom, and excellent mountain views. Additionally, a cozy loft at the top of the stairs provides a dedicated workstation with a desk for those needing to stay connected.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. From the living room, you can step onto an extended covered porch for all-weather comfort, which leads to a large open-air side deck equipped with outdoor dining and ample seating.

• Climate Note: There is no air conditioning; however, due to the high elevation, temperatures rarely exceed the mid-70s
• Security: An exterior camera is located on the side/rear corner facing the driveway
