Designed for ease and accessibility, this single-level home features a no-stair entry with all sleeping quarters located on the main level. The layout includes 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests.

You can enjoy stunning sunrises over distant mountain ranges from the elevated rear deck or share a morning walk with white-tailed deer while taking in an awesome view of the valley below. The home includes a great covered back deck perfect for al fresco dining, as well as open deck space for those who wish to soak up the sunshine.

Ideally situated between Boone and Blowing Rock, you are only 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and approximately 15 minutes from both town centers. For those seeking adventure, Appalachian Ski Mountain is 15 minutes away, while golfers will find the Boone Golf Club just 11 minutes from the door. The surrounding area is a playground for outdoor enthusiasts, with nearby opportunities for skiing, sledding, swimming, tennis, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, mountain climbing, bouldering, horseback riding, and fly fishing. Local conveniences such as grocery stores, banks, museums, live theater, and a variety of restaurants are all within easy reach.

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly; please do not bring pets or request exceptions.
• Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation.
• Smoking: No smoking inside the home, and no trace of smoking should be left outside.
• Property Care: Do not leave food or trash outside as it attracts animals.
• Occupancy: No parties or gatherings exceeding the posted occupancy are allowed; please keep outside noise respectable.
• Winter Travel: 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter months. Guests are responsible for winter weather preparation; no refunds are provided for lack of preparation.
• Requirements: Guests must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions within 60 days of arrival.
• Liability: Guests are responsible for damages caused by intentional actions. The host is not responsible for items left in the home.
