The interior is highlighted by an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas. This inviting space is characterized by soaring vaulted ceilings, a wall of windows that brings the outdoors in, and a classic stone fireplace in the main living area to keep you warm during chilly mountain nights. For added privacy, the lower level houses the king suite and is accessible directly from the parking area.

Outdoor living is a central part of the Benzine Farm experience. Guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air with a private fire pit, a horseshoe pitch, and a cornhole game, making it an ideal spot for family bonding and relaxation.

Located in a prime position for outdoor enthusiasts, the property is less than a 5-minute drive and approximately 1.5 miles from the ski slopes, ensuring you spend less time commuting and more time on the mountain.

Guests are eligible to apply for a membership transfer to the Beech Mountain Club (BMC) for the duration of their stay. Please be aware that BMC policies apply; applications must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the transfer start date. A membership transfer fee starting at $300 is charged directly to the guest by the BMC. Note that membership transfers are limited to two per month on a first-come, first-served basis, and as of January 1, 2027, the Beech Mountain Club will no longer allow these transfers.
