The interior features an open floor plan designed for connection, centered around a charming kitchen that is well stocked for preparing meals for friends and family. The adjacent living area is perfect for relaxing, offering a gas log fireplace and TV for cozy evenings. For sleeping arrangements, the home provides two private ensuites located on opposite sides of the house to ensure maximum privacy. The master suite features a king bed and a full bath with a walk-in tiled shower, while the guest suite offers a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo. A convenient half bath and a separate laundry center are located off the kitchen.

Step outside to the back deck to enjoy views of a serene, wooded yard complete with a fire pit—the ideal spot for a morning cup of coffee from the Keurig. Guests can explore the backyard and enjoy splashing in the mountain creek or searching for crawdads.

Positioned directly between Great Camp and the North Pavilion, Winterfell Lodge offers close proximity to the most popular community features. Guests have access to a wide array of local activities, including the Epic Chophouse, BBQ Pavilion, an amphitheater for summer concerts, a mini-golf course, hiking and biking trails, and a 24/7 general store. For sports enthusiasts, the community provides tennis, pickleball, basketball, frisbee golf, and archery (equipment must be provided by the guest). Visitors may also enjoy the Eagles Nest Winery with day passes available for purchase.

• Capacity: Up to 6 guests
• Rules: No pets allowed. No smoking inside the home. No parties or gatherings exceeding posted occupancy. Private ATVs are not permitted in the community.
• Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve. A signed Rental Agreement is required within 60 days of arrival.
• Winter Travel: 4WD/AWD and/or chains are required/recommended during winter months to ensure safe access.
