This comfortably furnished condo is designed for relaxation and ease. The layout features 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, providing a cozy retreat for your stay. Sleeping arrangements include a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sofa-bed located in the living room, allowing the space to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

Situated on the south end of Marco Island, this property puts you directly on the famous white sandy beaches that make this destination a premier vacation spot. You will be immersed in the natural beauty of Florida's coast, with the Gulf of Mexico right at your doorstep.

For your visit, please note the following practical information and rules: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. During the high season (mid-December until May 1st), rentals are strictly Saturday to Saturday. In the off-season, a 3-night minimum reservation is required. Be aware that there is a $45 Apollo registration fee and a $75 hold, which is returned at the Apollo office upon check-out when the parking tag is returned; otherwise, the $75 will be charged.

We ask all guests to respect the local environment during Turtle Nesting Season (May 1 through October 31). To protect endangered sea turtles, please turn off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and close all Gulf-facing drapes to minimize light projection. Violations of these federal and local ordinances can result in substantial fines, for which the renter is responsible.

Additionally, please note that it is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence. Travel insurance is highly recommended as all cancellations are subject to the official cancellation policy without exception.
