Each of the four beautifully decorated bedrooms is equipped with a Queen size bed and offers plenty of closet and dresser space, with two of the rooms featuring the added luxury of an ensuite bathroom.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully laid out to enhance your getaway. The nicely furnished living area boasts a comfy sofa and a TV with Roku and streaming for your entertainment. For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area with a comfortable table provide everything needed for multi-course dinners or a simple morning coffee. Outside, you will find a fantastic front yard with ambient evening lighting and a propane grill, perfect for preparing dinner while relaxing with your favorite beverage.

Located just steps across Estero Boulevard from the beach access, you are only a short walk from a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach, Margaritaville, and various adventures like parasailing, jet-ski rentals, and dolphin tours. For convenience, a supermarket is open on the island, and a free trolley service is available to transport you to Times Square for its array of restaurants, clubs, and nightlife. Exploring the region is easy, with south Fort Myers, Bonita Beach, Bonita Springs, and Naples all within a short drive for world-class shopping and dining.
