The condo can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, with a king-sized bed in one bedroom and a queen-sized bed in the other, each with their own private bathroom. The fully-stocked kitchen features a Keurig and drip coffeemaker, making it easy to enjoy a hot cup of coffee while taking in the stunning long-range mountain views from the adjacent living room. Curl up by the cozy gas fireplace and watch your favorite shows on the large TV, or step out onto the amazing deck to soak in the fresh mountain air.

When you're ready to hit the slopes, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort is just an 11-minute drive away, while downtown Banner Elk, with its incredible restaurants, is only a 15-minute drive. Explore the nearby attractions, including Beech Mountain Ski Resort (25 minutes), downtown Boone and Blowing Rock (30 minutes), and the awe-inspiring Grandfather Mountain and Mile High Swinging Bridge (30 minutes).

Additional features include free street parking, self check-in with a keypad, and a starter set of essential supplies to make your stay more comfortable. Please note that this home is not pet-friendly, and the roads leading to it can be steep, so AWD or 4WD vehicles are highly recommended during the winter months.
