Two guest bedrooms each offer a queen size bed and a TV, while the third guest bedroom provides two twin beds and its own TV for additional flexibility.

Step outside to experience the home's southern exposure, allowing you to enjoy the sun and the pool all day, all year round. The outdoor living space is anchored by a beautiful covered big lanai, perfect for delicious BBQ dinners or relishing an evening drink. Guests can relax in lounge chairs, enjoy the spa, or head to the dock for some fishing. Inside, the home offers entertainment with a pool table and a kitchen fully stocked with everything needed for a wonderful dinner.

Located in a prime Cape Coral area, you are just minutes from essential shopping and dining. A three-minute drive north leads to Publix, Target, Walgreens, and multiple good restaurants. To the south, you can explore the beautiful Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point, both featuring great restaurants, boardwalks, bars, shops, and live music. Local parks and playgrounds are also just a short car ride away, and the private dock provides plenty of room to tie up a boat for a 30-minute trip to the river.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and present throughout the reservation. A mandatory check-in with the property manager is required to ensure a smooth stay. While the home is pet-friendly, owners allow only one non-shedding dog up to 35 lbs (no cats) with pre-approval and a $150 pet fee. During winter months, pool heaters are preset to 86°F for your arrival and can be adjusted to your liking.
