While the structured amenities list is currently limited, the property is fully equipped for a seamless stay with a full kitchen, in-suite washer and dryer, and Smart TVs (streaming only). For your convenience, the unit is stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella. Guests can also enjoy the extensive community features of Mariner Pointe, including two heated swimming pools, an all-weather tennis court, pickleball and multi-use courts, a private fishing pier, canal-side dockage with a kayak launch pad, shuffleboard, and eleven barbecue grills.
