Regarding vehicle policies, charging electric vehicles on the property is strictly prohibited, including all common area, exterior, and unit outlets. Only e-bikes may be charged in the designated charging area and must be parked outdoors on designated bike racks. Storage of e-bikes inside the building, on lanais, or in walkways is prohibited. Use of e-bike charging areas is at the guest’s own risk.
