• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs).
• Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Parties and events are strictly forbidden; violations may result in immediate removal and a $1,000 penalty.
