The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, with easy access to the hall bath featuring a shower/tub combo. Practical Information and Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that this property is self-catering; a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels is provided but will not be replenished during your stay. Pets are not allowed, and there is only one parking space available.

To ensure a seamless stay, guests must be 25 or older to reserve, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the visit. This property is ideal for extended stays, with reservation requirements ranging between 14 and 30 nights. Guests must complete a rental application and background check prior to arrival. A non-refundable application fee (ranging from $100 to $190 depending on the booking channel) is required by the HOA, and a refundable security damage deposit will be collected at the time of reservation.
