The lower level features a King-sized bedroom with direct backyard access and a bunk room containing two full-over-full bunk beds. Upstairs, you will find a second King-sized bedroom with balcony access and a Queen-sized bedroom. Each bedroom is equipped with its own Smart TV. The home's three bathrooms include a shower/tub combo and two walk-in showers.

For those seeking entertainment, the property is a playground of activity. Challenge your crew in the game room to air hockey, ping pong, pool, or arcade games, or enjoy a friendly match on the private putt-putt course and bocce ball court. Fitness enthusiasts can stay active in the home gym featuring Peloton bikes, free weights, and premium yoga mats. Outside, the spectacular resort-style backyard is made for making memories, featuring a private pool (heating available for a fee), a Tiki Bar, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill with an outdoor dining area.
