The sleeping arrangements feature four unique themed rooms: the 'Beach Queens' room with two queen beds, the 'Sky' room with one king bed, the 'Color Circle' room also featuring one king bed, and the 'Purpink' room which offers a twin-over-full bunk bed.

Inside, the home is designed for both group activity and quiet repose. The main living area offers flexible seating, while the dedicated game room serves as a hub of entertainment with a pool table, foosball table, poker table, and arcades. For those needing to stay connected, a dedicated workspace and TV are available. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, flowing seamlessly into a connected dining area for natural mealtime gatherings.

Step outside to discover a backyard oasis anchored by a private pool. The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying the warm Florida climate, featuring a putting green, a fire pit, and an outdoor bar complete with a minifridge. A fenced backyard and patio provide additional room to lounge and soak in the sun.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM (Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300)
• Pets: Not allowed
• Security: Outdoor cameras are in place for safety (none point toward the pool)
• Damage Protection: A $500 refundable security deposit is required for 1-night stays. For 2+ nights, guests may choose between the $500 deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100).
• Pool Heating: Available upon request for $35 per day (one week's notice required).
