The property has a minimum booking age of 25. For comfort and efficiency, the A/C is restricted to a minimum of 70°F. Basic starter supplies are provided upon arrival, though these are not replenished by the management company. Parking includes one assigned space with limited first-come, first-served guest parking available. Please be advised that pets, trailers, RVs, and golf carts are not permitted, and the fireplace is not available for use. The unit is located on Level 5, accessible via stairs or elevator from the garage. During the July 4th week, the association may require wristbands for amenities, with a maximum of 6 issued per group.
