Sleeping arrangements include a luxurious king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest.

Located in a secured building, your peace of mind is a priority. Access to the property is restricted to those with the lobby and parking garage access codes, which are provided upon booking confirmation. For your convenience, the elevator provides direct access to both the garage and the lobby. Regarding transportation, there is one dedicated parking spot available for this condo. If your group has additional parking needs, please contact the office for helpful suggestions.

Practical information for your stay includes a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Please note that a Rental Agreement is required for all stays. This property is pet friendly; however, a $75 non-refundable pet fee applies. This fee is not included in the initial payment and will be requested through Airbnb after the booking is confirmed. Towns Property Management, Inc. reserves the right to cancel reservations without a refund if this payment is not received prior to check-in.
