The primary bedroom is appointed with a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds. For additional versatility, the property includes a ground-level poolside den equipped with a futon, serving as a flexible third sleeping space for a sixth guest or a secluded retreat away from the main living areas.

Outdoor living is the highlight of this property. You can unwind in the heated saltwater pool, surrounded by lush island landscaping. The pool deck also features a cozy reading nook, perfect for those lazy afternoons after a day at the shore, and a gas grill for evening cookouts under the stars.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully equipped for a seamless stay. The kitchen is fully prepared for home-cooked meals, the living room features a flat-screen TV, and high-speed WiFi is provided to keep you connected. Practical conveniences include an on-site shared washer and dryer and parking for two vehicles.

• Seasonal Note: Rates are higher during peak periods including March, July, and the holiday weeks of Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. During these busy months, bookings generally run Saturday to Saturday.
