The sleeping configuration includes a king bed, a queen bed, and two full beds, with a queen air mattress available for added flexibility. The primary bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with a spacious walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms feature room-darkening shades and essential linens to ensure a restful stay.

Guests have easy access to beautiful beaches, local parks, and various attractions throughout the Clearwater and St. Petersburg area.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; please note that late check-outs may result in a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required: 1-night stays require a $500 refundable security deposit, while stays of 2+ nights may choose between the $500 deposit or a non-refundable waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100).

Pool heating is available for $35 per day and must be requested in writing at least one week prior to arrival. Please note that this is a self-catering home; initial essentials are provided, but refills are not included during the stay. Additional rules include a strict no-smoking and no-drug policy on the property, no fireworks, and no firearms unless locked in a vehicle. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the driveway; parking inside the garage is strictly prohibited. We ask that guests remain considerate of neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 9 AM.
