Aloha and welcome to our island retreat! In Hawaiian, ohana means family, and that is exactly what you become when you stay with us. Hale means home, and we are delighted to invite you into our family home in Bradenton Beach, Florida. This spacious suite is perfect for a relaxing family beach getaway, situated just a quick 4-minute stroll from the pristine white sand beaches and sparkling turquoise waters of Anna Maria Island. Come and make yourself at home in paradise!

This inviting residence is designed for comfort and ease. The layout consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed and a 32 inch TV, while the second bedroom holds two twin beds. Both rooms include dressers and standard closets with mirror doors. The bathroom is fully tiled in 12 inch travertine and includes a single floating vanity, framed mirror, and a tub shower.

Experience a bright and airy atmosphere in the open living room, where sunlight pours in through two skylights and sliding glass doors. The space is equipped with a 40 inch flat screen TV and a dining table for family meals. For those who love to cook, the open kitchen features a butcher block island, granite countertops, soft close cabinets, a two bin sink, and stainless steel appliances.

Outdoor living is a priority here. You will have a private entrance on the second floor and your own private patio with a deck featuring chairs and side tables. Additionally, there is a shaded shared deck on the first floor equipped with a patio dining set and grill, as well as a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the surf.

Located in the heart of Bradenton Beach, the home is ideally situated for exploration. The trolley stop for heading north is just half a block west, while the south-bound stop on Gulf Drive is right by the home. For those visiting for sports, the IMG Academy is only 8 miles away, approximately a 15 minute drive.
