This spacious home is designed for comfort and flexibility, accommodating up to 7 guests. The sleeping arrangements include 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, featuring a master bedroom with a Cali King and a full bathroom, an upstairs loft with a Queen bed and a private balcony, and a bottom floor with a Twin-over-Full bunkbed and a Queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The home also provides 2 full bathrooms, each equipped with a shower.

Inside, you will find a well-equipped, fully stocked kitchen with seating for seven and a spacious dining room that extends to outdoor seating for warmer months. The living area features a cozy gas fireplace and smart TV, while a separate TV room downstairs offers a giant screen for movie nights. For those staying connected, the home is powered by 700MB Fiber WiFi and Roku entertainment systems throughout. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of two outdoor gas grills while taking in the gorgeous mountain and forest views.

Located within the beautiful gated community of Connestee Falls, guests have access to local hiking and mountain biking trails, three freshwater swimming lakes, tennis courts, and the gorgeous and challenging Connestee Golf Club. The chalet is ideally positioned for exploration, just a 14-minute drive to downtown Brevard and 19 minutes from the Pisgah Forest.

• Pets: Dog-friendly for dogs 12 months or older ($100 fee per dog). Dogs must not be on furniture and cannot be left alone in the home uncrated.
• Family Note: A pack-n-play is provided (bring your own baby linens). Please note the home is not baby-proofed; stair banisters are wider than usual, making it less ideal for on-the-go toddlers.
• Access: This is a gated community. Mandatory DocuSign and rule review are required prior to arrival to receive the gate access barcode.
