However, pets must stay off furniture and bedding, waste must be cleaned up, and pets are not permitted in the pool area. Pool heating is complimentary from October through April, though temperatures may fluctuate if outdoor conditions drop below 40°F. Smoking is only permitted outdoors with all doors and windows closed. A pre-arrival form and rental agreement must be completed before your stay. Please note that violation fees may apply: lost keys/remotes ($125), indoor smoking ($300), and pet policy violations ($200).
