The Beach House Cottage includes a King bed and two Full beds; the Garden Cottage offers a King bed, a Queen bed, and a full-sized futon; the Lake Shore Cottage provides a Queen bed, a Full bed, and a Twin bed; and the Captains Watch Cottage features a Queen bed and a full-sized futon. Additionally, each cottage provides a floor mattress for extra sleeping flexibility. The Beach House is equipped with central air, while the other units utilize window A/C units.

• Pets: Potty-trained dogs are welcome (preferably under 50 lbs) with a fee of $20/night, $100/week, or $250/month. Pets must remain leashed in common areas.
• Access: Self-check-in via custom-coded keypad locks. Guest verification via the Enso Connect app (ID and selfie upload) is required to receive the boarding pass.
