Complete the Check-in and Lodging Form at least two weeks before arrival, and you'll receive apartment details and access instructions 2-3 days before your stay.

Pet owners should note that advance approval is required at least 3 days before arrival. Pet fees apply: $75 one-time fee for stays under 45 days, or $75 per month for longer stays. Cats must be declawed, and certain dog breeds are restricted. The minimum age requirement for booking is 21 years old.

BCA & City of Atlanta Short-Term Rental Operating License Rules

Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city on the guilty party.

Maximum Number of Registered Guests: The maximum occupancy is (2) people per bedroom, or (4) people total.

Non-Registered Guests: A maximum of (4 ) unregistered guests may visit the home but not stay overnight. Exceeding the maximum occupancy is cause for immediate removal without a refund. Security cameras are monitored.

Be a Good Neighbor and Keep the Noise Down. Absolutely NO NOISE is allowed in homes, courtyards, balconies, or parking lots.

Absolutely NO PARTIES and NO GATHERINGS are allowed in the home, courtyards, balconies, or parking lots.

Remember, you are staying in an apartment community. Please be courteous of your neighbors around you and keep music, conversations, and footsteps at a minimal level, especially during “Quiet Hours” between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Please be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property.

It is unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits outlined in the City's noise ordinance. (City code Sec. 74-131).

Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in condos, apartments, yards, or balconies. Tampering with a smoke detector is a crime and a cause for immediate removal without a refund. If you do go for a walk around the neighborhood to smoke, PLEASE DO NOT LITTER.

(1) PARKING SPACE is available in the Parking lot on the property. Spaces are not assigned and are first come first served. Do not park on lawns or in a manner that blocks driveways,

The property has 24-hour video surveillance and is patrolled.

Please don’t put us in the uncomfortable position of calling the police to have you removed without a refund.

PETS: You are responsible for any damage, soiling or hair the pet(s) may cause or leave.
