• Pets are welcome for an additional $200 fee per pet. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet so we can charge accordingly. If any pets are brought to the home without our prior knowledge, a fine of $1,000 will be imposed.

• The pool and spa can be heated upon request for a fee of $100 per night (heating the pool is not usually needed in the summer months). Heating only the spa is $25 per night. When heated, the pool is on a timer that will keep the pool between 82 and 85 degrees from 10 am to 6 pm, and the spa can be used thereafter (please note only one can be heated at a time, so if you turn on the spa heat while the pool is heating, the pool heat will turn off.) Variations in the temperature may occur. If the pool or spa heat is turned on at any point without prior payment, you will be charged the fee mentioned above for the duration of your stay. If that fee is not paid immediately, heat for the pool or spa will not be available for your stay.

• 3 cars are permitted to park in the driveway. Due to the narrow street, parking cars along the curb is prohibited.

• No illegal substances or acts are allowed on the premises.

• Please respect the noise curfew (no loud noises or disturbances after 10pm)

• Please refrain from bringing guests whose names are not listed on the reservation.

• Please respect check in and check out times. You can request an early check in time, and we will accommodate if possible (for an additional $50 fee from 12 to 3 PM, and an additional $100 fee from 8 AM to 12 PM). Please message us for more information. Requests for late check out will not be granted due to our professional cleaning crew that is scheduled to complete a full deep clean of the home between guests. Due to the size of the home, considerable time must be allocated to ensure everything is in mint condition before you arrive. Please respect the 11am check out rule so we can keep our home to the highest standard for you and our future guests.

• Any temporary decorations that require hanging must be done in a manner that does not leave holes or mark walls in any way, and any adhesive materials used must be removed prior to leaving property, or extra charges will be incurred. Wall art cannot be removed and replaced with temporary decorations. If an outside vendor is used, it is the guest’s responsibility to communicate this to any vendors.

• Please press the "X" on the thermostat when you leave the property to resume the normal schedule.

• Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home. Doing so will result in a fine of up to $3,000. Smoking is allowed outside only. It should be away from the home, and all windows and doors must be shut. All cigarette butts or remains from smoking outside should be cleaned up, or extra cleaning fines may be imposed.

• No events or parties are allowed that would violate Airbnb policy.

• You must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
