Across 2,000 square feet and four distinct levels connected by floating staircases, the layout is designed for both adventure and calm. The property features 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests with 2 bathrooms. The first level houses a custom-built bunk room with 4 beds (2 queens and 2 fulls) and a spacious double-vanity bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second level offers two inviting bedrooms—one with a queen and one with a king—paired with a luxurious wet-room-style bathroom featuring a freestanding soaking tub. The top level serves as the heart of the home with an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space, complete with a dedicated coffee bar, Frame TV, and an electric fireplace. The basement level provides a flexible secondary living area and game room with a full kitchenette, half bath, and a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dogs allowed with prior approval (up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs; no puppies under 12 months). $150 pet fee per dog, per stay. Crating is required if left alone, and dogs are not permitted on furniture.
• Access: Electronic access code provided on check-in day. Stair gates are available for families with young children.
• Parking: Space for 4 vehicles at the top of the driveway with overflow at the bottom. AWD/4WD is strongly recommended in winter due to the steep driveway.
• Security: Two exterior cameras are located by the parking area and front door.
