1. Check-in time is after 3pm EST and Check-out time is 10am EST
2. This is a NON SMOKING unit.
3. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $300 is required. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure, provided the following provisions have been met. A. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. B. No charges are incurred due to pets during the stay. C. All rubbish is bagged & placed in dumpster & soiled dishes are placed in dishwasher. D. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked. E. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. F. No linens are lost or G. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner)or the local law enforcement.
4. PETS: Pets are not allowed on premises based on condo bylaws
5. PAYMENT: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at time of booking with addition of the $300 damage deposit. or in the form of bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Michelle Gormas. The BALANCE OF RENT is due 90 (90) days prior to your arrival date.
6. CANCELLATIONS: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
7. COVID-19 CANCELLATION EXCEPTION: IF STATE OR LOCAL RESTRICTIONS AGAINST TRAVELING ARE IN PLACE, A FUTURE CREDIT OF FULL AMOUNT PAID WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. IF YOU ARE SICK WITH COVID-19 OR HAD CLOSE CONTACT WHOM JUST BECAME INFECTED WITH COVID-19, A FUTURE CREDIT OF FULL AMOUNT PAID WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
8. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 persons. Occasional exceptions allowing 6 renters may be granted upon review and in writing. July and August require a minimum 1 week stay. Occasional exceptions may be granted in writing.
9. INCLUSIVE FEES: Rates include a one-time linen/towel set-up. RATES INCREASED DUE TO EXTENSIVE CLEANING MEASURES FOR COVID-19.
10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: While linens & bath towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
11. RATE CHANGES: Rates subject to change without notice.
12. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS: Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
