This multi-level home is perfectly configured for large or multi-generational groups, featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 12. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across three floors: the ground level hosts a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk and twin trundle; the main living level includes a King bedroom with an ensuite bath and an additional King bedroom; the upper level provides a third King bedroom with coastal views and a Queen bedroom. Two sleeper sofas in the living area offer additional flexibility for guests.

Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features a beautifully updated, open-concept kitchen with modern appliances and ample prep space. The living area is positioned to take full advantage of the endless horizon, while multiple balconies provide elevated vistas for watching seaside sunsets. Outdoor living is a highlight here, with a gas grill and an outdoor shower to easily rinse off after a day in the sun.

Port St. Joe provides a serene backdrop for this retreat, where guests can enjoy the privacy of a true beachfront property. To enhance your stay, kayaks and beach chairs are provided for exploring the shoreline and relaxing on the coast.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dog-friendly (one well-behaved dog welcome with prior approval). A non-refundable pet fee of $180 + tax applies.
• Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside and outside the unit; violations result in a $500 penalty.
• Accessibility Note: There is a lift elevator, but it is NOT functioning for guest use.
• Essentials: A starter supply of paper goods and cleaning items is provided for the first 24 hours. Beach towels are not included.
