Located directly on the beach, this spread out home is designed to become your next favorite family vacation spot, offering a perfect blend of openness and seclusion with no houses behind the property and ample distance from neighbors.

This spacious retreat features a very open floor plan boasting over 3,000 square feet of living space. The layout is thoughtfully designed across three levels to maximize comfort and connection. The ground floor provides convenient covered parking, an outdoor shower, and direct private beach access. The first floor is completely open, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, living, and dining areas—ideal for staying connected through conversation. Here, you will find a half bath and access to both an open gulf-front deck for watching sunsets and dolphins, as well as an adjacent screened porch for evening drinks and unwinding.

The second floor is dedicated to relaxation and sleep. Sleeping arrangements include:

• Two gulf-front Master Bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed and private bathroom
• Two Guest Bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed
• A dedicated Bunk Room with three twin bunk sets
• Two additional guest bathrooms

Located on the beautiful and secluded beaches of Indian Pass, this home is perfect for large gatherings, including an extra long dining room table that seats 14 guests.
