Designed for comfort and ease, the home features a practical single-level layout that allows guests to maximize their time together. The sleeping arrangements consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Bedroom 1 is a private sanctuary featuring a queen bed, a TV, and a unique layout that includes a separate shower stall within the room and a private bathroom with a toilet and sink. Bedroom 2 also offers a queen bed and a TV, providing an ideal size for resting before the next day's adventure. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo serves the rest of the home.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. A western-facing screened deck provides fantastic gulf views, where you can relax in the hammock swing or gather around the outdoor dining table. For those returning from the shore, the area under the house is equipped with an outdoor shower, a fish cleaning area, and covered, paved parking.

Inside, the open living area and kitchen create a welcoming space for preparing meals and socializing. The surrounding area is fantastic for surf fishing and crabbing, while the wide, private beach is a wonderful spot for kids and dogs to roam, hunt for shells, and build sandcastles.
