Designed for group gatherings, the home comfortably accommodates 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels: the first level features a master bedroom with a king bed and a guest bedroom with a queen bed. The second level houses a spacious bunk room equipped with two bunk sets, a daybed, and a trundle, alongside an additional bedroom with two twin beds. With 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, there is ample space for everyone to relax.

The heart of the home is a spacious, open-concept main level boasting a modern kitchen centered around a large white quartz island. The living area features a comfortable leather sofa and entertainment options including a TV, DVD, and VCR. Guests can enjoy the sea breeze on the fantastic screened deck, which is furnished for both lounging and dining, or climb the exterior stairs to the open-air sun deck for breathtaking, panoramic views up and down the coast.

Practical additions include covered, paved parking for up to 3 vehicles, laundry facilities, and an outdoor shower on the ground level to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Located in the tranquil haven of Indian Pass, guests are just one mile from the Indian Pass boat ramp and campground, where the Apalachicola Bay meets the Gulf of Mexico. This area is ideal for kayaking, fishing, and bird-watching, or taking a shuttle to the St. Vincent Island Wildlife Refuge. Local favorites like the rustic Indian Pass Raw Bar and the welcoming Indian Pass General Store are both just 2 miles away.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This property is pet-friendly, though a pet fee between $100 and $300 applies per pet. Please note that this home is not available to adults under the age of 25. Special monthly rates are available for snowbirds between November and March.
