Welcome to Our Home! Here are a Few Rules to Keep the Vibe Fun (and the Neighbors Friendly!)

No Parties, But We Love a Good Dance Move! Let’s keep the “party” down to a reasonable roar, shall we? Feel free to bust a move in the living room, but please, no ragers. If the neighbors start showing up with earplugs, we’ve crossed a line.

Extra Guests? Only the Ones You Mentioned, Please! You booked for two? We’re expecting two. You bring a friend or two over for a quick visit? Cool! You invite half of Scottsdale? Not cool. Unlisted guests will be charged an imaginary fee of “awkward phone call from me.”

Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 7 AM (Shh…) We love a good Netflix binge as much as anyone, but keep the volume friendly after 9 PM. Your neighbors will thank you, and you’ll avoid the “noisy guest” badge. Trust us—it’s not as glamorous as it sounds.

No Smoking Inside Unless You’re a Slice of Bacon We’re smoke-free indoors! Smoking is for bacon, not buildings. Take it outside to the designated area if you need a puff, and please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Pets—Sadly, They Need a Vacation Too! We adore furry friends, but this home is not equipped for them. We recommend a spa retreat for them while you’re here! If you sneak in a pet, we’ll have to issue a “cutest mugshot ever” fine.

Don’t Steal the Towels! We’ve Counted Them. We have enough trust issues without you running off with our towels. Please leave them behind; they’re happier here, and we’ll be happier too.

Leave the Space Like You Found It (or Better!) Channel your inner Marie Kondo before you go! Take out the trash, load up the dishwasher, and if you happen to discover that cleaning is your thing, we’re here to support you.

Have Fun, But Don’t Break Anything. Our Furniture Bruises Easily. Everything here has been lovingly handpicked, so please be gentle. We’d like to keep the furniture, well...functional.

Need Help? Call Us, But Don’t Panic! Lost your keys? WiFi acting up? Before calling Ghostbusters, try us first! We’re here to help make your stay awesome, so don’t hesitate to reach out.

Take Photos, Not Souvenirs! Everything in here is staying put, except the memories (and maybe a little bit of your heart, we hope). Snap away, but leave the souvenirs on the shelf!

No children No flame policy in and out of the house No glitter, confetti, tape, nails, or tacks in or out of the guesthouse ever And please respect that checkout is by 10 AM, so we can be considerate of the next guest arriving.
