If cleaners smell smoke upon entry, fee will be enforceable. *Delay of Use for Next Guest Fees - If the guest decides not to follow any of our house rules, and which triggers a refund/discount to the next guest, you will be responsible for any loss of income by the host. *This is a self-check-in property. By booking this property, you certify that you are willing and able to read the provided guidebook/emails/messages for instructions on how to get into the property. You also agree to read the instructions before contacting your Host. *Unauthorized Late Check-out - $50 fee *Any damage made to the property or furnishings that cause out of pocket expenses for the host/owner will be billed to the guest and will be reported to the listing platform. If you accidentally damage something, please contact the host right away, and we can come to good terms and enjoy the rest of the time at the property.
