Agave Digs House Rules

HOUSE RULES -Quiet Hours 9pm-8am. -No shoes in the house. -Please do not move any furniture. No food or beverages in bedrooms. -Please review all of check in and check out procedures. -Be a good neighbor! This home is located in a residential area and we ask that you respect our neighbors. Park in designated parking spaces, obey posted neighborhood rules and respect the community.

RESERVING GUEST + REGISTERED GUESTS -Reserving guest must be 25 years of age or older to reserve the home and must provide government issued ID. The reserving guest is responsible for communicating all rules to the registered guests. -Reserving guest must provide a list of each guest over the age of 18. These are the registered guests. No unregistered guests without prior approval.

DEPARTURE -Guests will complete the checkout checklist provided in the digital guidebook. Items incomplete may result in added cleaning fees. -Garbage must be securely bagged and placed inside the bins in the garage.

POOL RULES -No lifeguard on duty. -Swim at your own risk. -Life preserver located on the wall by pool equipment. -No spitting, blowing nose or urinating in the pool. -Do not remove the chemical floater or vacuum. -Guest accepts full responsibility for the safety of children and adults in and around the pool. -No diving, running or horseplay. -No glass in the pool. -No animals in the pool. -Children under 14 years old must be supervised by a responsible adult. -Children not potty trained must wear a swim diaper.

POOL HEATING -Pool heating is available from October-April for an additional charge of $75/ night.

PET RULES + FEES -Dogs are permitted by request and upon approval. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for additional fee. Guest must provide dog bed(s) and crate(s) or kennel(s). Dogs are not permitted to lay on furniture or bedding. They must be secured in provided crate/kennel if left unattended at any point. Guest must pick up dog waste and dispose of in waste bags that are securely tied. -Please pick up after your pet!

CLEANING

-Reservations longer than 14 days will require additional cleaning fees. Mid stay cleans available upon request.

DAMAGE WAIVER/ MANAGEMENT FEE As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with peace of mind protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages to the home or its contents during your stay. Simply notify us of any damage so that we know to make necessary repairs or replacements. This replaces a traditional security deposit. This does not cover intentional damage, or damage caused by a direct violation of any house rules.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITY -Smoking of any kind, illegal substances and illegal activity of any kind are prohibited. Evidence of prohibited activities will result in fines and/or law enforcement. -Criminal Activity Prohibited. Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property. This prohibition extends to use of the Property’s internet service, if any, for criminal activity, including but not limited to unlawful downloads of copyrighted material, including movies, music, software, or other material. We may cooperate with any investigation of alleged criminal activity that occurred at the Property during your stay. -Parties and other events are prohibited at the Property. Commercial photography and filming are also prohibited at the Property without our express written permission. (If approved, applicable occupancy limits and other rules under Airbnb's Party and Events Policy will apply, and additional conditions and fees may apply.) No tents or other structures may be erected on the property.

NO PERMANENT RESIDENCE -Guests agree that use of the property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that guest may not use the property as a permanent residence; and that guest’s permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the property.

ANIMALS -We accept assistance animals in line with Airbnb's Nondiscrimination Policy. No other animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the property except as specifically authorized in your reservation. You also agree that we cannot and do not guarantee that no animals have been in the property prior to your use or that the property is free of animal or pet allergens, even if the property listing states that pets are prohibited or includes a similar description.

INDEMNITY You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Digs Co. and Owner, and their respective affiliates, for and from all claims for property damage, personal injury, or monetary loss resulting from your actions or omissions, and the actions or omissions of other occupants, during or relating to your stay.
