This spacious coastal home is designed for relaxation and group gatherings, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 10. The layout provides multiple levels of leisure, including a third-floor balcony perfect for sipping cocktails while enjoying a 'lighthouse view' and a second-floor deck where you can kick back and soak in the pleasant breezes.

For those seeking a private sanctuary, the primary bath includes a soothing Jacuzzi. Outside, you can take an afternoon dip in your own private splash pool, which features a spill-over spa and a convenient outdoor shower. Please note that the spill-over spa is not a standalone hot tub and cannot be heated independently of the pool. Pool heating is available from October through April for a fee of $50 per day upon request, with additional charges applying for requests made within 48 hours of check-in.

To ensure a seamless start to your stay, guests are provided with a welcome kit containing dishwasher detergent, dish soap, a sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. Initial trash liners, toilet paper, soaps for each bathroom, and basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil are also supplied; however, guests will need to replenish these supplies for longer stays. Additionally, pool towels are provided for your use within the rental.
