Welcome to Kemp’s Kove — our family’s favorite place on the Emerald Coast, and soon yours too. Discover the ultimate Destin getaway in this unique property designed for groups who crave a perfect mix of togetherness and privacy.

This expansive retreat features a versatile layout across two separate structures, accommodating up to 14 guests. The property consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, split between a main house and a two-story casita. In the main house, you will find a king bed with direct access to the backyard deck, a second king bed, and a room with full-over-full bunks and a full trundle that can sleep between 2 and 6 people. The main home also includes a walk-in shower and a tub/shower combo. The two-story casita provides additional sanctuary, with the first floor offering a queen bed, kitchenette, and full bathroom, while the second floor features two queen beds, another kitchenette, and a full bathroom.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home is packed with specialized equipment for your stay:

• Beach cruiser bikes (6 available)
• Beach gear including 8 chairs, cooler, balloon-tire dolly, boogie boards, skim board, and sand toys
• Outdoor games such as cornhole, giant Jenga, and giant Connect Four
• Board games for indoor entertainment
• Fenced pool and gas fire pit
• Outdoor shower with hot and cold water

Located in the heart of Destin, Florida, Kemp’s Kove is less than a 5-minute walk from the region’s famous emerald water and sugar-white sand.

Practical details for your visit: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and remain on-site throughout the stay. This is a dog-friendly property allowing up to 2 dogs for a $150 per stay fee. Please note that pool heating is available for $75 per night. Additionally, the tiki bar shown in some images is currently being rebuilt following fire damage.
