The pool is heated seasonally (March 1–April 15, and during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s weeks). Other community perks include a shaded tiki bar for vacation cocktails and beautifully landscaped walkways for peaceful strolls. For easy beach access, the property provides a beach wagon, chairs, and toys, as well as a seasonal beach trolley service (March 1–November 1) that offers convenient pick-up and drop-off.

Located in a prime area of Destin, the beach is just a 7-minute walk away. Other local attractions are nearby, including Fudpucker and Go Karts (5 minutes), Big Kahuna's Water Park (10 minutes), Harborwalk Village (12 minutes), and Baytowne Wharf (15 minutes).
