A spiral staircase leads you to the second floor, where you will find a sitting room and a wonderful 360-degree balcony providing beautiful views of sunsets over Crystal Beach and a partial view of the Gulf.

While the location is fantastic, the interior is equally impressive. The home boasts an eclectic and attractive coastal décor and a totally remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The modern kitchen is stocked for a culinary adventure with high-end appliances. Other interior highlights include flat-screen TVs in each room and a full laundry room.

Outside, the property continues to impress with a welcoming front porch and a poetic backyard featuring a large private pool surrounded by plush outdoor furnishings and a grill.
