The property consists of a three-story main home and a single-level carriage home, providing a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 5 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. In the main home, the first floor features a bunk room with two Twin-over-Queen bunk beds and two Twin trundle beds. The second floor offers two King bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony. The third floor houses a Queen bedroom with a balcony, complemented by a secondary area with a Queen sleeper sofa and a kitchenette. The carriage home provides a King bedroom and a Queen bedroom, both with patio access, with the Queen room also featuring its own kitchenette.

Practical information for your stay: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles; please note that boat, trailer, RV, and street parking are not permitted. We are pet-friendly for up to 2 house-trained dogs with a $200 non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated if left unattended and are not allowed on furniture. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted without a guardian. Events and parties are strictly prohibited.
