• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: We do not rent to students or anyone under 25. A minimum age of 25 is required to book, and we require one parent for every two people under 25.
• Pet Policy: Pet friendly for 1 dog. A pet fee applies (please inquire about costs before booking), and up-to-date shot records must be provided.
• Welcome Kit: Guests receive a starter kit including dishwasher detergent, dish soap, a sponge, one roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, initial trash liners, toilet paper, and soaps. Basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil are also supplied; guests must replenish these for longer stays.
• Important Notice: The Blue Surf complex will undergo renovations from August 1, 2026, to March 15, 2027. Construction will be completed in sections and may not affect all units for the entire duration.
