Pet-friendly with a $250 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum 2 dogs, 75 lbs each, no puppies under 1 year). Special events welcome with prior approval and applicable fees. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Additional fees apply for late checkout ($200/hour), excessive mess ($200), and smoking violations ($500).
