This room is served by a third bathroom featuring a shower and tub combination.

While the home is designed for relaxation, the interior is fully equipped for convenience. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, featuring a breakfast bar with four stools so the chef won't miss a thing. The space opens into a dining room with a large table seating 6-8 people. For lounging, the living room provides a sectional with a chaise, a large flatscreen TV, and a fireplace for those rare chilly nights.

Step outside to discover a fully fenced backyard. This private outdoor oasis includes its own private pool and a gas grill, with plenty of seating for spending your evenings in the fresh air.
