• Second Floor: A second King bed featuring its own en-suite bathroom and a private balcony.
• Third Bedroom: A twin-over-full bunk bed with access to a Jack & Jill bathroom.
• Fourth Bedroom: A cozy twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for children or teens.

Inside, the home blends coastal charm with modern comfort. The open-concept living area is ideal for gathering, featuring a cozy sofa, surround sound, and a large TV for movie nights. Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Driveway accommodates 2 cars; street parking is not recommended.
• Pets: Furry friends are welcome with a $100 fee per pet.
• Policies: A waiver and ID upload are required prior to receiving check-in instructions. Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be accommodated between March 15th and August 30th.
• Restrictions: There is a $500 fine for failing to replace the outdoor TV cover when not in use. Cancellation refunds are subject to the deduction of payment processing fees (typically 4%).
