The home is thoughtfully configured with 5 bedrooms and 5 beds across 3.5 bathrooms. On the upper level, the first master bedroom features a king bed, a futon, and a private balcony with peaceful seating, while the attached bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, a large soaker tub, and a walk-in closet. The second master bedroom offers a queen bed and its own attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and three closets. The third bedroom contains a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom is a kid-friendly space with a triple bunk (two twins over a full). Downstairs, the fifth bedroom serves as a play room with a futon, and the living room provides two twin chair sleepers for additional guests.

Designed for entertainment, the home features a large living area perfect for movie nights, with large smart TVs in every room. The oversized garage has been converted into a family-style game room equipped with air hockey, ping pong, and a PS3 to keep everyone busy. Culinary needs are met in the large full kitchen featuring a gas range and a dining area that seats 6-7 guests.

Outdoor living is a highlight, with a back yard featuring a pool, fire pit, and additional sitting and dining space. A hot tub is also available for an additional fee. Front patio seating provides another spot to unwind.

Located just minutes from the beach and some of Panama City Beach's best restaurants, the home is also a 10-minute drive to Downtown St Andrews and approximately 45 minutes from the Hub of 30A.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that guests must be at least 21 years old. Parking is permitted in the driveway only, and quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. For safety measures, the gas fireplace has been disabled. The property does not maintain a mailbox for guests. Pets are not allowed.
