We are not a hotel; there will be no towel exchange or daily housekeeping service. A towel exchange can be requested if you are staying longer than 7 nights.
We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels & trash bags additional items must be purchased by guests at their own expense.
Our front desk does not provide any services whatsoever for our unit. The front desk is rented by another company that has nothing to do with us or the services we provide. Consider us your virtual front desk.
Excessively damaged towels, washcloths & linens due to makeup and negligence will be charged a minimum $60 damage fee.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. The pool/hot tub is closed during this time.
While we love our furry friends, our building is not suitable for pets. $500 daily fine and immediate eviction, please, no pets.
Please park straight (not on the line) in the parking garage, you WILL be towed (POSSIBLY WITHOUT WARNING) if you are not parked straight.
No smoking, including incense, weed, cigarettes, or any other drugs that could leave an odor. Please be mindful of guests checking in after you.
$500 fine for smoking in the unit. Please use designated smoking areas only.
Check-in is 4 pm. An early check-in option (noon at the earliest) is available for an extra fee but depends solely on availability, and must be arranged in advance!
Check-out is 10 am we require trash to be removed & dishes washed & put away. Leave linens on the bed so we can pretreat any potential stains prior to sending to laundry. Leave towels in the bathroom.
