Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. To rent this property, the primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. During the Spring Break season, guests must include one adult aged 25 or older for every two guests under 25. Please note that a $500.00 Spring Break deposit is required for reservations between March 7th and April 15th, refundable after a damage inspection. Pack-N-Play and high chair rentals are available for an additional fee if requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
