Perched on the 23rd floor of the Emerald Beach resort, this residence offers what is by far the BEST floor plan in the building, allowing you to wake up to the sound of crashing waves and unwind with a glass of wine while watching mesmerizing sunsets from the comfort of your balcony.

This inviting space is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a guest capacity for 6 people. The sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the first bedroom and a Queen bed in the second, complemented by a single twin bunk to accommodate your group. The Master Suite is a particular highlight, boasting a cozy sitting area that overlooks the Gulf, providing a serene spot to start your morning.

While this unit provides all the comforts of home, guests also have access to the wonderful facilities at Emerald Beach Resort. On-site highlights include two swimming pools—one located on the north side and one on the beach side—along with a Tiki Hut and Tiki Bar at the beachside pool for tropical refreshments. For those looking to stay active, there is a fitness center on the 2nd floor open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. The property also features a Starbucks on the first floor, ATMs conveniently located next to the coffee shop, and the unique Skybar located in the Sky Bridge.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (please note check-in may be 5:00 PM during holidays, weekends, and Spring Break) and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please be aware that pets are not allowed. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is strictly 6 guests, including children and infants.

Important Notice: A Balcony Restoration Project is scheduled from 11/1 through 3/9/27. While specific dates for this unit are blocked from 11/1 to 12/1/26, construction activity in the community may still result in daytime noise, equipment activity, or temporary inconveniences. No refunds or discounts are provided due to this construction. Additionally, there is a guest registration fee of $25 per stay for up to two vehicles, including motorcycles.
