This expansive vacation rental comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The layout is thoughtfully designed for convenience, featuring a first bedroom with a queen bed and one and a half bathrooms located near the entry. The master suite serves as a private sanctuary with its own private bathroom and a sliding door that opens directly onto the balcony. A third bedroom provides ample sleeping space with two double beds and another private, full bathroom. For additional flexibility, the living area includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

Inside, you will find an updated, fully equipped kitchen boasting granite counters and stainless steel appliances, complete with a high-top bar that seats three and a large dining area for six. The living space is filled with color and features a large TV and DVD player. Step outside onto the balcony to find plenty of seating, perfect for sipping your morning coffee and breathing in the fresh gulf air. For your convenience, the unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer.

SunDestin Beach Resort offers a plethora of amenities to enhance your stay, including an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and a sauna. Seasonal guests can enjoy a tiki bar, while beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through the on-site vendor, La Dolce Vita. A 24-hour front desk is staffed by the Scenic Stays team to assist you throughout your visit.

Perfectly positioned for exploration, the resort is only minutes from Destin's most popular attractions. Harborwalk Village is just four miles west, offering a variety of shopping, dining, and watersports like parasailing, snorkeling, and waverunners. To the east, Destin Commons is also just four miles away for premium shopping and entertainment.

Please be aware that the resort is undergoing an enhancement project. While the fitness center remains open, the splash pad is currently inoperable. Other areas, including the restaurant, outdoor pools, steam room, and spa, may be under construction. Beach access remains available via the ADA-accessible pathway around the building, and a temporary detour is in place for lobby access.
