A second bedroom offers a queen bed, Smart TV, and an attached shared bathroom. For additional guests, there is a private enclosed bunk room with a window and door featuring twin-over-twin bunks, as well as a new sleeper sofa and love seat in the living area. The home's interior is characterized by bright, open spaces with new furnishings, modern touches, and tile flooring throughout.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the property features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and black stainless-steel appliances, along with an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Guests have access to an array of high-end resort highlights, including direct private beach access, an 18,000 sq. ft. lagoon-style Gulf-front pool with zero-entry and fountains, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a heated indoor pool, two poolside tiki bars, a modern fitness center, and a full-service spa.

Centrally located in Panama City Beach, you are just a short walk from local favorites like Pineapple Willy’s, Waffle House, Ripley’s, and WonderWorks. Pier Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and St. Andrews State Park are all within a short drive.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Rules: Guests must be 21+ to book (HOA rule); rental agreement and government ID are required.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed.
• Parking: Two reserved spots on the 5th floor (garage clearance 6 ft 7 in). Oversized vehicles must use the overflow lot located less than a half-mile away.
• Fees: A $90 + tax resort fee per stay is charged for parking passes and 8 wristbands.
• Note: Exterior renovations are underway through August 2026.
