Adjoining the master bedroom is an upgraded private bathroom with beautiful tile surrounds. The guest bedroom is equipped with a king bed and a flat-screen TV, including a private entrance to the second bathroom. For additional sleeping space, the beautifully furnished living room includes a sofa that converts into a queen-size bed.

One of the standout features of this home is the oversized, private balcony, which is among the largest in the area. This completely furnished space provides breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, making it a fabulous place for gathering, playing board games with the family, or simply enjoying the sunrises and sunsets. From here, you can spot dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, and beach goers enjoying parasailing and snorkeling.
